Ayman CHEIKH-LAHLOU, is Chief Executive Officer of Cooper Pharma, established in 1933, Africa Middle East, Europe, Pharmaco in Manufacturing & Marketing, acting for Access at quality under EMA Standards. It has a HQ based in Casablanca (Cooper Pharma), Dubai & Madrid for Cooper International. Ayman Joined Cooper Pharma in 2000 after entrepreneurial initiatives (still ongoing) and has been at its helm since 2005 leading it to greater heights and increases outreach year after year.

Ayman has an ambitious vision for Cooper Pharma, that of being in the Top 10 regional players in Africa by 2030, in terms of prescriptions dispensed, in line with its goal of Access to All, by leveraging on its top position in Morocco and renowned reputation in French West Africa. Cooper is going to inaugurate two manufacturing plants in the next two quarters in Abidjan and Kigali to re-affirm its commitment to For Africa, In Africa. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Cooper, through its subsidiary Cooper Biosciences has also taken on the responsibility to provide access to high quality vaccines to African’s by partnering with CanSino Bio exclusively to distribute its single-dose Convidecia vaccine, across MEA. On top of its plants in North, West and East Africa, Cooper aims to co-set up with local partners, pharmaceuticals plants in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Egypt in 2022-2026 and any other country in Africa, whose environment demands it, in accordance with its local Authorities. Localization of  pharma and vaccines technologies in Africa is Cooper Pharma and Cooper Biosciences‘s way to improve Access to Quality and Affordable medecine for the People of our Continent !

Ayman and Cooper colleagues are involved in Stanford SEED, Stanford Health Initiatives, Harvard & YPO MBA Alumni in Healthcare, Moroccan Government Telemedicine Initiative for remote areas and more than 50 Moroccan NGOs & Associations in healthcare, education and environment. Ayman had been member of the Africa Business Health Association based in Nairobi.

Ayman is a Stanford Graduate School Business Alum and is currently YPO (Young President Organization) Moroccan Chapter Chair. Ayman is also member of CGEM Moroccan Confederation of Private sector, is Co-Chairing Rwanda & Morocco Conseil d Affaires(Business Board), is member of AMCHAM American Chamber of Commerce in Morocco, is VP on HealthCare of Club d’Affaires Maroc France (Business Board).

Prior to joining Cooper, Ayman has set up companies in Skin care, Cosmetics, Animal Health and Financial Services.
