J. Olayinka is the Founder of Creative Milieu, LLC a creative professional development enterprize that sources, trains and connects creatives through an integrated online-learning and staffing agency for the Creative Economy. Jeremiah is also the Founder and Managing Director of ilekun wa (Our doors), an art business advisory firm, facilitating & cultivating opportunities for visual artists of African descent to create, sustain and thrive.

Over the last decade, J. Olayinka has become a sought after arts and culture management consultant, working internationally in professional development for artists, galleries, art fairs, and cultural institutions. His collaborative work with emerging contemporary artists, art administrators, curators, and culture focused brands has carved a pathway of global connectivity for creative professionals throughout the African Diaspora.

J. Olayinka is based in Brooklyn, NY and holds a Bachelors in Public Policy from the Andrew Young School of Policy at Georgia State University and a Masters in Art Business from Sotheby's Institute of Art in New York. He currently serves on the board Black Art Futures Fund & Prizm Art Fair.
